Bhutan 

Bhutan officially the Kingdom of Bhutan, is a landlocked country in South at the eastern end of the Himalayas.  It is bordered to the north by China and to the south, east and west by India. To the west, it is separated from Nepal by the Indian State of Sikkim, while farther south it is separated from Bangladesh by the Indian states of Assam and West Bengal. Bhutan’s capital and largest city is Thimphu.

Bhutan’s landscape ranges from subtropical plains in the south to the sub-alpine Himalayan heights in the north, where some peaks exceed 7,000 meters (23,000 ft). Its total area was reported as approximately 46,500 km² (18,000 sq mi) in 1997 and 38,394 km (14,824 sq mi) in 2002. Religion of Bhutan’s is Vajrayana Buddhism and the population, as of 2015 estimated as 770 thousand. Hinduism is the second-largest religion of Bhutan. Bhutan, the Land of the Thunder Dragon, is a fascinating tour destination where ancient eastern cultures coexist with a western democratic way of life.  Bhutan is also renowned as “The last Shangri-La” begins with, a tiny nation-state that talks of happiness like no other country does. It is a country hidden in the mighty Himalayas, between India and China.  The independent Bhutanese people have largely lived a life of totally isolation from the world. They have succeeded in maintaining their cultural and spiritual heritage preserved in age old traditions generation to generation. Bhutan-the last paradise on the earth reflects ancient religion, culture, arts & architecture in its golden peaks in the background of deep green valley and hillside.

People are deeply religious following the Mahayana form of Buddhism tradition.. Bhutan is very rich at Himalayan flora and fauna and well preserved other natural heritage. Nearly three quarters of the total area covered by Jungle. Snowcapped peaks lush valleys and unbelievably beautiful rural landscapes imprint themselves upon the mind forever. The Drukpa Kagyupa sect of Mahayana Buddhism provided the essence of a rich culture and fascinating history. The Bhutanese people protected this sacred.
