The following provisions for reservations have been made:

1. 20% deposit required for booking of the total price.
2. Final payment to be paid before departure from our office, Thamel, for your any travel destination.
3. Cancellation must be made at least 10 days prior to start date of trip.
4. 20% deposit is not refundable for cancellations.
5. No refund will be made after your trip starting days.
6. Payment accepted by credit card, cash, bank draft, western union, or any methods of transfer according to your convenient.
7. The business deal should be made only with the authorized personnel.
8. We accept your last minute booking with 100% payment within country.
9. We reserve the right to revise pricing rate posted at our website, under any circumstances, or on the pressure of various external factors i.e. instance charges in exchange rate, government action, etc.
10. We are not able to provide any compensation on the condition of force majeure.
11. We would like to advice you that get the check your health with personal physician before making any trip, please let us know about your health problems.
